Today, the construction of modern buildings is not just a matter of architecture but a response to strict legal regulations. Since 2024, every new building in Bulgaria must comply with the requirements for a \u201cNearly Zero-Energy Building\u201d (NZEB).<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
